一公司在男厕小便池上贴上条：“往前一小步，文明一大步”。结果地上仍有许多尿渍。后来公司认真汲取教训,，重新设计成：“尿不到池里说明你短；尿到池外说明你软”。结果地上比以前干净许多。这个案例告诉我们一个浅显的道理：给客户的提案一定要具体，准确，切中要害。
